In Step Four of the Landscape Design Process, we transform your Conceptual Landscape Plans into detailed CAD layouts.
Our Landscape Plan Packages are comprised of the following:
Hardscaping Plan including construction details and material selections for patios, walkways, woodworking, exterior structures, retaining walls, water features and swimming pools
Softscaping Plan with proposed plant material selections including labelling in both common and botanical names, quantities and nursery sizes
Landscape Lighting Plan detailing light fixture selections and locations for low voltage lighting systems
Irrigation Plan detailing head locations as well as specialized irrigation techniques required for feature landscape elements
Site Plan with measurements and details for building permits
Engineered Construction Plans for featured landscape elements such as decks and structures can be developed as part of your Landscape Plan Package
