III. Concept
Step Three of the Landscape Design Process is to create
a bird’s eye view in CAD of your conceptual Landscape Plan. In this stage
of the design process, our Landscape Design team works with your wish list to reflect your lifestyle in the new landscape.
In order for a landscape plan to be sustainable, both your wish list and the existing
site conditions must be taken into consideration. A well designed
landscape enhances the quality of life for the people who use
the site on a day-to-day basis, while eliminating the functional conflicts
of the site.
We create outdoor living spaces that are visually pleasing as well as functional. At an office meeting, the Conceptual Landscape Plans are presented to you. During this meeting, we will present a selection of construction materials for your review.
